 Post subject: What I've been doing

I just started back after a long break of laziness :oops: So far it's been 4 days of cardio and I'm mixing standard cardio with some P90X. I like the P90X but sometimes I just don't like that it's a full hour when I don't get home till 8:00. But I must push forward and get rid of this little gut I have. Like I've said before I'm 5'6" and weight 145-150 which I like as a weight but I need to move a little weight from my gut back to my chest and shoulders.

All I have downstairs in the wavemaster bag which is OK for just using your hands, but kicking it sucks as even filled up with water, it still moves all over the place.

I'd like to get a nice home gym, but with me going to school, thats still a no go.

Got up at 7:00am and did my p90x back and chest! Not really a morning person but I can see it's benefits.

I haven't been a morning person at all since I started having to stay up LATE studying for a class I can't even stand being in. :twisted:
