I was wondering if anyones looking for a training partner is or around Saint Paul. I just transitioned out of the military a year ago and am looking at getting back into the MMA game.
Drop me a PM if interested.

10K MMA ( http://www.10kmma.com) transitioned from a private club to a commercial dojo in April. We are located in Forest Lake, just 15-20 mins from St. Paul. We offer BJJ, Striking Gi and No-Gi Submission Grappling. The website is still under construction but the schedule and directions are valid. We recently started to train U.S. Army recruits and are waiting on the Marine Corps to get clearance to train with us as well. In addition to that we are training members of Law enforcement in Groundfighting. We have casual members training MMA to get in shape as well as serious cage fighters, training for the battles to come. We are a very humble dojo. We are not a mega-gym. Our rates are the lowest in the biz. First class is on me! Come and check us out. I am a Vet and would love to meet you either way. I'm here 6 days a week.

Thanks for the offer 10K but I'd like to stick a bit closer to Saint Paul. I have Warriors Cove about 2 miles away from me, but I was just looking to find someone local to train with while going to school. Going to college fulltime has pretty much killed off my extra income for a while.

I feel as though I'm in the same boat but more with time than money. Working 9am to 8pm 5 days a week with my off days spread apart sucks, when I add in family time and house duties my time is shot in the ass. I need a new job not in retail management.

Well my school schedule is fairly short. Mon, Wed, and Thur basically from about 11am to 4pm until July 1st followed by only Wed's from 5pm until 9pm. Literally my only issue for training is the financial side of things until I finish school. I am starting the 60 day Insanity workout on Monday to get me back in shape a bit though at least.

Its a DVD series with some midevil bodyweight workouts with a lot of Plyo stuff and other brutal fun. lol You just put in that days DVD and follow it.

Yeah, their prices are high for what I call a franchise strip mall mma gym. I'm not sure I take them seriously. I don't know first hand but have always heard fighters talk bad about warriors cove. Does anyone have any personal stories/thoughts about them?
